I found out today that if you have 3 or more kids at home then you are entitled to have your water meter bill capped at £250 per year. Well worth the application form cos my bill for the last six months alone was £371. This is with Welsh Water (Dwr Cymru). I don't know if its the same in the rest of the UK. Here's hoping...
