What's the easiest/cheapest way to upgrade my old bog-standard sky system to sky+?, I'm not interested in HD. Could I just buy a sky+ box from somewhere like Ebay and plug it in or do sky need to be informed. Do I need a new dish & cabling? Thanks.

As above really, had the TV installed this week and phone engineer coming on the 17/05 to activate the phone line. How long should broadband take to be fully active after this do you reckon? Seems like ageeeeees away!!

Just got sky+hd box this afternoon. I have noticed my current Thomson sky+ box does not seem to have dish input 1 and dish input 2. Here is pic of the rear of my box for an idea what I meant.
