Hi all,
Just a rant here, i have had the unfortunate task of calling virgin probably 20 times in the last 5 months, i have TV,BB and 2 mobile phone contracts with them.
I have been Mis-advised at least 5 or 6 times, its an absolute joke, I tried to change ownership of the virgin media package into my name, as i was told that if i do this i can then get a 40% discount as i work for a partner company if you like, so i ring up after receiving the change of owner form, to query exactly what to do, only to be told i cannot have a discount by doing the change? now i am being told by a manager i requested to speak with, that i can have the discount once its changed just that i have to request it through my own work? so confused, awful customer service and i am leaving if i cannot get a discount because its not worth what i am paying!
Has anyone else had similar problems with Virgin?
