Can I record from Youtube or suchlike onto CD or is this illegal/technically impossible in some way? I am looking to record for my own use only.

Does anyone know how to get cheap magazine subscriptions on iPad? The current subscription prices on newsstand seem very expensive, you can get paper subscriptions cheaper but id rather e subscribe if I can get it cheap.
