Netgear router problems

Hi all ive got this problem with our router it keeps connecting then disconnecting fom the internet ive checked everything and came across that if i unplugged our sky + Hd telephone lead from the phone socket the router stays on ive had this set up for over a year but now its started to play up (sky HD upstairs telephone cable on an extention lead to downstairs socket we are using filters as well) hope someone can help

yes - double-filter the sky box, and optimise your router positioning (i.e. master socket) and internal wiring (including checking/replacing microfilters as they can and do go faulty. Some guides here:-
