Oops wrong print cartridges can anyone help..

XP does not load up, Help
All, The XP does not load up on normal mode. It gets to the XP screen with the blue bar moving, but nothing happens afterwards. It just stays on that screen. I have reinstalled XP again, but the problem is still the same, even with this new version!!! What could be the problem? Is it on BIOS? Many thanks,

how to convert a video that's in .vid format?
I've read it can't be done. I've always used super or total video converter which copes with most file formats but not this one. Google doesn't shed any light on it and I've read in tech forums it cannot be converted. I have 2 vids in that format that I can't play, a search for codecs proved fruitless too, any ideas?
