it is happening in an effort to stop script-kiddies turning outlook express into a spam spewer, which is what appears to be happening now. It isn't going to happen for a while as you point out and i can still get into hotmail outlook express. seems you have a seperate issue.

hard drive showing wrong size
i bought a custom built pc, without any OS system installed. I've eventually managed to put windows 98 on there and properly installed the motherboard and graphics card using the discs provided. But the hard drive is showing up as 2gb, when its suppose to be 160 gb. any ideas whats going on and how to fix it?

Internet Problem
When I go into certain websites a box appears saying when i click on my isp details it just changes it brings up the dial-up box and when i dial my isp the website just changes to the "Cannot Find Server" window. Would this be cause I have broadband? Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated! ;D
