Payment Breaks
Hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to claim for payment break insurance. I remember paying for it on a credit card a few years back and I know I never asked for it to be put on. Is it classed as a PPI? Has anyone else managed to claim it back? Thanks.

who is responsible for ppi
I bought a car 5 years ago on finance. i was mis-sold payment protection. I contacted the finance company to be told it isnt them who sold it me, and that it was the car company, so i need to contact them. Is the car company liable or is the bank avoiding the claim?

We werent given A&L policy number!
Or is it the same as the loan account number as the letter referring to it uses that number as the reference? We have all the paper work but nowhere is there a seperate policy number. Sorry if this is in the wrong place by the way, I have tried searching but my tablet doesnt seem to like it!

Yes Car Credit
I bought a car with these and was told i had to take ppi out.The actual finance was with welcome finance.Do i send the forms to the office who dealt with it or is there a head office?also the agreement is in my maiden name and ive moved since the loan was taken out.Can i still claim?
