I bought a car with these and was told i had to take ppi out.The actual finance was with welcome finance.Do i send the forms to the office who dealt with it or is there a head office?also the agreement is in my maiden name and ive moved since the loan was taken out.Can i still claim?

Yes, send the reclaiming questionnaire complaint to the office/company who sold you the policy, make them aware of any maiden names as well, so long as there is an account number then that is fine.

Reclaim questionnaire (issued by the FOS for customers to complain to banks/businesses), keep a copy in case you need to refer back to it again, or complain to the FOS, for example, if the business will not uphold your complaint in your favour by a final decision.
