Halifax messing me about

Hi,
I sent a claim in to Halifax in December for my loan PPI.
On a letter dated 11th January it stated i wes due £1364 and i should have a cheque within 30 days.
I have still not recieved the money.
I ring them and they say my complaint has been escilated due to me still not recieing monies, this was on the 27th of Feb.
I have just wrang them and they told me they still have 5 days to get the cheque to me.
If i dont recieve it what should i do, im getting fed up with it to be honest.
Thanks
Claire

    Hi Claire

Sorry to hear your still waiting for your money.

If you do not receive the payment this time round they have stated, then get your local MP to chase this up for you, sometimes this helps.

Good luck and well done on your reclaiming.;)

    Member of Parliament.
Ring Halifax complaints number and put a claim in about the wait you have had to get the redress they owe you.
