Follow up phone calls from Lloyds

Hi im just wondering has anyone had any follow up phone calls from Lloyds after logging complaint? Is this standard procedure?

They can sometimes phone you if they need additional info, just make sure it is Lloyds and not a claims co trying to get info from you.0

Would a claims company do that??? They actually contacted my mum & asked specific information so I do think it was Lloyds, however might get her to phone them and check! Claims companies really are scandalous!

You are welcome x, and it is best to check first, a poster on here a few days ago put a claim into Natwest, he received a telephone from someone pertaining to be from Natwest and then he got a bill from a claims co when he won redress.0
