2 loans with paragon why different for ppi claim?

I have 2 loans with paragon 3 weeks ago I started the claims with them for ppi missold and 1 of them I had a letter last week saying it had been referred to central capital for investigaton then today the other I have received a settlement figure for £4661 from paragon direct. My query is why has one been sorted super quick and the other referred to a different company? They were both done over the phone and direct with paragon??? And im over the moon with the offer ive had today :j

This will be because CP brokered this loan and sold you the ppi and loan even though you paid this to Paragon, good luck for this one.0
