We werent given A&L policy number!

Or is it the same as the loan account number as the letter referring to it uses that number as the reference? We have all the paper work but nowhere is there a seperate policy number.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place by the way, I have tried searching but my tablet doesnt seem to like it!

    Hi there

And yes its the same number you write down, don't worry.

Normally in most peoples cases, the ppi was added within the loan, so the loan account number counts for both.

I assume you mean on the reclaim questionnaire to make a reclaim on the PPI?

Use the loan account number, it should link at their end with the PPI policy attached ;)

  • Thank you both very much, yes it is for a reclaim.

It was sold over the phone to my dad which according to what I can find out means that we have a better chance of success. Fingers crossed!

    Your very welcome.

It may also be a good idea to request for the phone recordings, if sold over the phone, it may help your case.;)

    Good luck.
