Is this right - Must have top account for overdraft?
Hi all, My parents have a Lloyds Platinum account. They were told they had to have that account in order to get the overdraft they wanted / needed. I'm not sure, is this right? I see no reason why they couldn't of had the lower account. Regards, Mark

As a widow can I reclaim on behalf of my late husband?
Hi there, I was sadly widowed just over 2 years ago and I wondered if I could reclaim PPI or charges as my husbands sole beneficiary. Not sure if he had PPI but he definitely had charges levied against him even when he was seriously ill. Money is very tight and I am looking for any light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.

success, but still advice needed
Quick question: I have had a letter from the FO advising that Barclays have agreed my banks account was missold, and a settlement figure. But - the figure only covers the fees, not the PPI on the overdraft. Should I press for this too? And what about the exorbitant fees fees when I've gone over my overdraft limit? £22 for…

I have seen many successful claims by people regarding PPI but unsure if I was charged on my…
