Last year (April 2013) I got a overdraft of £100 on my current account. Used the £100 (this is going to sound daft) forgot all about the account and left it at £100 overdrawn, then the other week as I'm currently trying to repay off a few bill and get away from my Basic account I came across this Current account currently at -£353.50
So far they started to charge me from October 2013 - December 2013
£90 a month plus £6 unarranged over draft fee plus £1.40 for some else
Could I not go to my bank pay £100 and get them to clear the other amount before it gets out of control as I never went over the limit and only spent £100?
Cheers

Yes, contacting the bank to pay off what you agree you owe before it gets out of control is certainly a good first step.
You should also advise the bank of any unidentified or unauthorised deductions as soon as you are aware of them ... but better late than never.
Are you sure the authorised overdraft facility was agreed to be interest/charge free?0
