As a widow can I reclaim on behalf of my late husband?

Hi there, I was sadly widowed just over 2 years ago and I wondered if I could reclaim PPI or charges as my husbands sole beneficiary. Not sure if he had PPI but he definitely had charges levied against him even when he was seriously ill.
Money is very tight and I am looking for any light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.

Possibly - it is a little more difficult because you have no first hand testimony but you might find you are entitled to something.
Assume the light is a train coming the other way to avoid disappointment!0 -
You don't reclaim, you make a complaint.
But you would have to be sure what you were making a complaint about and have evidence to back up your complaint.
The banks won the argument on bank charges so don't know how far you would get on that one.
You would initially have to find out if he had PPI, then you would have to supply evidence that it was miss sold.
Not sure that you are trying to fight a losing battle to be honest.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
