i have a question i was with other banks before santandare.i have bets using betfair if i have ten pound in my account which is my money ill use it and have a bet and if i dont have any money left in my bank the santandare they charge me 25.00 bank charges this has been going on for 6 years is this right what they have been doing

The bank are permitted to charge you for borrowing in line with the terms and conditions you agreed to.
With regards your gambling problem I would suggest you contact someone like Gamblers Anonymous for further help & advice
