Natwest Gold account charges

HiWhen I opened my Natwest Gold account over 3 years I was of the understanding I had to pay the £12.95/month and would get preferential treatment and rates for loans, overdraft etc and also that my phone would be insured. I wasn't told I had to register my phone beforehand and it was stolen from Gatwick airport!
Am I able to claim any of these monthly charges back?
Grateful for any advice

According to the NatWest website it saysYou’re automatically registered for mobile phone insurance but to make things easier if you need to claim, we recommend you register your handset.
To claim:All claims must be reported to the insurer as soon as possible, but always within 60 days of discovering the loss or other incident.
If your phone has been lost or stolen, you must contact your network provider within 24 hours.
If your phone is stolen, you should inform the police and get a crime reference number as soon as reasonably possible.
£50 excess applies and there are limits to the amount of call charges incurred after the theft they will re-imburse.0
