Reclaiming from American Express

I've had an Amex card for years & want to see if I can reclaim PPI or CCP. I can't find any clear instructions on how to do this. I can't see any PPI/CCP payment details on my statements. How do I best go about it? I'm doing my NatWest one & that seems quite straightforward & they have been very informative/co-operative.
Thanks for your advice,
Holly

If there is no PPI shown on your statements you never paid any. Simple as that.0

If you know how to complain about your Natwest account, what clear instructions are you looking for?
There isn't a separate article for each bank; the basic process is not bank dependent.0 -
There really is no point in complaining about PPI if you didn't pay it…missmayhem wrote: »I can't see any PPI/CCP payment details on my statements.
If all your statements show no payments (and you have all of them) then you can have no complaint as there is nothing to refund.0 -

If you were mis-sold CPP, you should already have received a letter about this.
However, if you haven't received a letter from CPP, but think that you're eligible for compensation it's not too late. You can contact the scheme team on 08000 83 43 93 and explain why you think you should be included in the redress scheme.
