Can I claim for returned transaction fees?
Hi, I was wondering can I claim money back (hardship route) for returned transaction fees and guaranteed transaction fees of £8 each. I know they are not as extortionate as many other charges and they have only come to a total of £192 since 2010. Is this reasonable then? Or can I claim? Thanks very much

Can I still claim charges
In March 2010 I made a claim for back charges. The bank replied saying "although we haven't changed our opinion about our charging policy, as a gesture of goodwill I'm willing to refund your charges. I will also add net interest at an annual gross rate of 8%, so the total amount we are paying is £222.41." This was a bit of…
