I have been on a debt management program for three years.At the time i binned all my bank statements so i do not know how much i would be owed. I no longer bank with this bank.How can i find this out and can i do it with county court judgements against me.

If you were on a DMP and have CCJs against you, it sounds like you owe others."Now to trolling as a concept. .... I agree with Premier, if you owe them money, any charges were probably legitimate, eg for going over an agreed limit.
However, banks (in the UK) retain your statements for a period of 6 years so you can ask for a copy, whether or not the account is still open. However, you will be charged for the provision of these statements.Before you ask, yes, I work for a bank, but no, I didn't get a bonus!0
