Can't supply Statements!!!!
I am reclaiming the charges on three cards taken out with GE Money, I have requested the statements but they have written back and said they cannot supply them any earlier than 2005 and the ones from that date are very haphazard and not a true reflection on the actual charges I have paid, where do I go now?

RBS Credit Charges Claim - Offer on the table!!
OK folks so I recently wrote to the RBS about 4 credit card charges. The total amount claimed was 2x £20.00 (pre 2006) and 2x £12.00 (post 2006). I slapped on the 8% interest to be cheeky. The offer on the table is: £17.28 (basically 2x(20.00-12.00) + 8% interest). So they are complying with OFT report - I may not be able…
