Credit Card Success but question please

Hi
I have had success with getting my charges + interest totalling £406.25 from Halifax credit card. :T First offer was £104 (diffence between my charges and £12) which i refused and after a further letter and about 8 weeks wait, have received a letter today offering the lot in full and final settlement of my complaint. I'm pleased with that and as the account is with Blair, Oliver and Scott as I am on a DMP, am happy that they will send the amount to them to reduce my balance.
However, my question is that as the amount i owe in total is around £800, is it worth asking Blair, O&S if they will accept the £406.25 in F/F settlement of the account? Are they likely to accept this knowing they'll receive that amount anyway?
Thanks

Well, i tried and even nice lady from Halifax called to tell them i've got offer but they just weren't interested - they want 75% minimum and i'm offering just over 50%. If i'd been with them longer they might have considered it - am annoyed as been paying in for 3 years and debt is higher than when started DMP thanks to interest added by halifax before sending it to Blair/O/S - that just wiped out what i'd paid previously on DMP! Hmmph!
Oh well, you can but try...
