HSBC claim on hold, but i have had new charges

I have a claim on going with HSBC (I first wrote to them back in august 2007); however I have since had a host of 'arrangement fees' since my original application. Can I amend my current claim for the charges I have incurred since my original application or do I need to summit a new claim based on the charges I have incurred since my original application?
Thanks in advance
