citi - Should I accept

Asked for my charges back including interest, recieved a letter saying charges fair clearly stated etc etc.

They are also saying that I have put forward no evidence to support my allegation and they dont accept it.

They are offering me difference between £25 and £12.

Their letter looks ver scarey and now I am wondering whether to accept their offer or write to them again asking for it all back, all the charges were before the OFT said that charges were too high. I would love to try and claim it ALL back but not if I am going to loose it all.

Please help

  • Is the amount they are offering an amount you would want to accept prior to starting the process? If not you may need to send the next letter if you have not sent a LBA(letter before action)
