Ive just checked onlne banking and the bank has charged me 2x£38 for a DD from paypal bouncing..i would accept it but the DD was 2.84...is this even legal?

If this is the first time, banks will often refund as a gesture of goodwill. I they will not, please read Martin's Step by step reclaim article for your options.0
