Hi All,
I've written the letter requesting the info about the charges
When I send the second letter requesting the charges be repaid to me, I will listing the financial difficulties as to why I would like them to deal with it promptly.
Today I had my telephone appointment with Payplan and will be having a DMP.
I have already changed bank accounts and the Abbey will not be aware of this until payday 25th.
I have left overdraft of £2800 and other charges etc of approx £400 all charges from 2 accounts this month alone.
My question is this.....
should i tell them when going for the financial difficulties that I have a DMP (which I will do by the time I send 2nd letter) and that my house is under a 28 day suspended repossession order.
