What do i do now??????? please help

hi i sent the my bank the reclaim form for bank charges and i recieved a letter from them and i would like to know what do i do now
the letter can be seen vis these links it is two pages long

1. Do nothing. Just wait for the OFT test case to be resolved, ori would like to know what do i do now
2. File a claim at court, which will then be stayed as above. You will need to pay the court fee, but will ensure that any charges are not subject to the Limitation Act and you will be able to claim s69 8% interest, or
3. Ask the bank to deal with your claim under financial hardship. See Annexe 2 Page 11 here:
