Claiming interest??

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone can answer me this:

I have already put in a claim against HSBC for £6500,but i didn't realize just how much of a difference it made when adding interest.
Can i resubmit my claim including interest??
If i can how do i go about it.

Just with HSBC or have you actually filed a claim at court?

Strictly speaking you are not entitled to s69 8% interest until a court claim is filed. However the FSA waiver, although not specific, makes mentions interest::
