Am I being fussy?
In short I bought two items from Amazon market place and before they arrived they were reduced online. Secondly I bought two items from the same market place shop and they charged me £7 per item and then sent them bundled together as one.... I think that's a cheek... Your views please

hotels.com transactions not tracking on Quidco
A word of warning for anyone looking for Quidco cashback on hotels.com bookings. I've made two bookings via Quidco at hotels.com in the last 2 months and neither of them tracked. I've even been told by Quidco that it's too late to query the first purchase as it was made more than 7 weeks ago (on July 5th). This is even…

Quidco Dishonesty
I feel like Quidco are deceitfully doing me out of cashback and I don’t know what to do. Normally I would just give up at this stage but in this instance it has really annoyed me. In March I placed an order for Sky through the cashback website Quidco. The cashback amount offered was advertised as £100. A few days later I…

Argos Ebay Outlet - Refund Experiences?
I bought a "refurbushed" flat screen TV from Argos' Ebay Outlet which was found to be faulty as soon as I switched it on. I called and the helpful lady I spoke to arranged for it to be collected and said that I'd be getting a refund as soon as they received it. Has anyone else had experience of returning an item to Argos…

Diamond Floors
Having found some carpet we liked locally the realisation dawned upon us that it was just too expensive. It was from a local 'luxury' furnishings store who rebrand carpet. So I delved online and found out it was made by Cormar and the range was Natural Berber Twist.…

Council Tax bill for a property I have never lived in
This is a bit of a long winded rant. I couldn't believe it, I received a letter addressed to me in my Maiden name (I got married in Oct 2003), to my horror Liverpool Council were stating that I had been linked to a property (details provided by a credit/debt tracing agency) in Liverpool (I have never ever lived there)and I…

Me Club/Me Group International petrol voucher "reward"
I've searched but can't find anything on this, so apologies if this already appears somewhere on the boards, but I can't find it :) My OH took a phone call for me today whilst I was out. Apparently I'd taken part in a survey, and my "reward" for taking part was £100 worth of petrol vouchers, and they'd phone me back. When…

does anyone know how to contact snowdonia shoe company?
hi I was just wondering if anyone knew how to get in touch with snowdonia shoe company, I bought a pair of their walking shoes for my partner as he's a chef and goes through shoes like nothing else and so, stupidly, I thought that these would last a bit longer than cheap trainers!. Instead in two weeks there are colossal…

Kgb deals - absolute rubbish
I recently subscribed to KGB Deals and am appalled at the service. 1. Cleaning for 4 hours - could never get hold of the company and gave up trying after 8 weeks. 2. Haircut package - worst haircut I ever had - the woman simply snipped off the ends on my hair - no styling, no discussion 3. Red Feathers Wizzit tweezers -…

Play.com - praise
Ordered a box set from them which arrived today, twice! Phoned them to let them know to be told because of my honesty and the value, I had the choice of either sending one back or giving it to someone who may enjoy it. Just need to think of someone who would be happy to watch it:D

Marriage - booking Fee
My partner and I decided to get married (we were married abroad before so this is just the legal side of it) Looked on the internet - smallest room £49. Rang up - they only do the £100 room which holds 40 people (we are bringing only 2 witnesses). I moaned a little bit but paid. I then book for the notice which is £70…

ASDA Reduced Priced products
AVOID these. I bought some bread rolls that were yellow reduced stickied for 21p. They didn't even last the next day. I know these are end of life products but that seems crazy. And there's always a scrum around the marked down items. What is it with some people???

The pointless comments box on Just Eat
When you order from Just Eat there's a box during the checkout process when you can leave a note for the delivery person e.g. where to park or anything else helpful. The speaker on my intercom broke last week so I left a comment saying this just in case, didn't think it was important as it's not been a problem all week but…

Calls from 0161 662 6603
I've been getting calls from this number and finally answered this evening. It seems it is a company called Claims Professionals trying to flog PPI claiming services. I am troubled because they asked to speak to my ex-husband. Firstly this is my mobile number, always has been and has never been anything to do with my…

'Free £250 voucher at morrisons/tescos'
I keep getting these in my facebook newsfeed. Now I'm obviously not going to click on it but just want to know what it is, is it a virus? I cannot see morrisons or tesco giving away £250 to some random person clicking on a link! I suppose this is more of a warning/question more than anything.
