KGB Deals Warning - Be very carefull

KGB Deals Warning - Be very carefull......

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY - IF IT GOES WRONG YOU WILL BE STUCK LIKE ME - OUT OF POCKET AND NO ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE.
:eek:Bought a Tablet PC for £135 "a present for my 9 year old son through KGB deals on 13th June 2012" (Quickly paid the cash upront, £120 to KGB for the Tablet Package & £15 to Not Another Gift (Another poor company) for postage.

After the promised maximum delivery of 28 days had still received nothing, had to buy my son another Tablet, and asked for my money back through KGB's complaints page and have have virtually no communication back (only once for info.) then nothing back other than computer generated.

"Thank you for your enquiry, we aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours. Kind regards"

"At Kgbdeals, we look to uphold the standard of quality which you expect and deserve. If at any time you wish to reach out to us, please do not hesitate to contact us via email."

"Thank you for your feedback. Our Support Team will review the information you have provided and will get back to you very soon. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your interest in kgbdeals! Your kind assistance will be appreciated."

Sent in a few reminders and chasers only to have absolutley no response. KGB operate only via e-mail generated communications and do not give out any phone contacts etc.

PS Groupon do issue a phone number (and I've had nothing but good deals with them) so deal with them or another that does give a communication trail "ie a Phone Number" (they virtually all do the same deals anyway).......or end up like me when it goes wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take heed, I have had no communication since and this is still on going and will get resolved even if I have to go through small claims court.

One very sorry "1st and only time KGB Customer", still short of £135.

I am appalled by kgbdeals. They could not honor a deal but did not tell me so after 2 months, I chased them up to find the supplier could not send the item and they would refund. I only got a partial refund and they hung onto the P+P element of £4.99. Not much you may say but the principal is that this is MY money that I paid in good faith for something I did not cancel myself. they have refused to refund and said to spend it on another deal. I tried 2 more deals, only to find that suddenly the goal post had moved and it had to be a £10.01 spend depite the item I wanted being £10! I am undergoing cancer treatment and told them that I could not use most of the deals due to illness but they have flatly refused to refund the £4.99. For a fiver, they are prepared to risk their reputation. I am telling everyone and every source I can about this to warn people what a scam of a firm they are.
