Kgb deals - absolute rubbish

I recently subscribed to KGB Deals and am appalled at the service.
1. Cleaning for 4 hours - could never get hold of the company and gave up trying after 8 weeks.
2. Haircut package - worst haircut I ever had - the woman simply snipped off the ends on my hair - no styling, no discussion
3. Red Feathers Wizzit tweezers - still waiting for these after 10 weeks -

KGB are total and utter rubbish deals - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE:mad:

er this thread is different looking at the items. If you were going to group it based on KGB then youd be here all night linking the thousands of threads on the www.

I use KGB often and am happy with them. The Worm's complaints are really about the merchants - it is they who have let him down. Such merchants who try to obtain business via KGB are merely advertising the fact they are not very good at what they do. So keep up the good work by reporting on them, complain to KGB and hopefully they will not use such merchants in future and will refund you. Their website has a menu to claim refunds.

I believe your contract in law is with KGB since you paid them and KGB are merely acting as agents for the merchants. KGB pays me when a refund is due and thus they accept responsibility for the contract. I have had refunds when I was not able to arrange supply of the service named in the voucher, for whatever reason, and when goods were not received.
