does anyone know how to contact snowdonia shoe company?

hi I was just wondering if anyone knew how to get in touch with snowdonia shoe company, I bought a pair of their walking shoes for my partner as he's a chef and goes through shoes like nothing else and so, stupidly, I thought that these would last a bit longer than cheap trainers!. Instead in two weeks there are colossal wholes in the soles and I'm feeling the need to get my opinions out to the company :-)

iv done an internet search and have found plenty of companies selling their stock but no link to them directly.

any help would be greatly appreciated
