And Cheers to Samsung too!
I've just taken delivery of a brand new American style fridge/freezer - its a free replacement for my 4.5 year old RS21 which developed to dreaded 'buzz' . 3 repairs were carried out over 18 months and then Samsung had a problem with a couple of units actually catching fire so they asked all owners to accept another…

3 cheers to sony
had a sensor fault on a sony camera bought in 2004 and it was repaired free as it was a 'known fault' with certain models. always worth checking if faults fall into the 'known' category when deciding what to do. service was good too (freepost to them, options available if fault not theirs etc.)

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Cosatto
Just wanted to say, if anyone is thinking of buying a buggy, I highly recommend Cosatto! I had a problem with a tyre on my 2 year old buggy (it had been flat since I had it basically), and after a quick email, my buggy was collected, repaired and returned within 7 days- totally free of charge. They also serviced it, and…

For starters: my wallet got stolen and then I found out thatthe thief walked merrily into a branch, needing just the bankcard to…

QuickQuid won't leave me alone
A while ago there was a cashback offer with Pay Day Loans through GreasyPalm. I tried to sign up but after I put in my details it redirected me to QuickQuid which had different loan terms. It looked too risky so I just rejected it. Soon after I started having a flood of emails offering me loans from different companies. I…

Scottish Hydro doorstep salesman - honestly!
Just had one of these at the door. When I said I wasn't interested in switching, he said they are already suupplying my gas & electric as they run the network and I wouldn't be switching as such, just getting my bill directly from them. I'm with Scottish Power at the moment and I think he is talking rubbish. Doesn't…

Bobbly Asda Cardidgan - Wear and Tear ?
My husband bought me an asda cardigan at the end of November last year. I have worn the cardi around 8 times and washed it twice and on both sides there is bobbling. My husband took the cardi and receipt to asda the other day but they have refused to refund the cardi as its 'wear and tear'. This I could understand if the…

So first the praise: Just got back from 3 nights at Torrelaguna hotel and it was fantastic. Two rooms, both clean, all bedding sealed upon arrival so we knew it was fresh, polite and very helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend it. But.... (you knew there would be a but didn't you!) I booked these rooms back in November…
