Parcels To Go GRRRRRRR

Hey all, just wanted to know if anyone else has had any dealings with a company called parcels 2 go? I sent two packages with them at the begining of feb, and the one arrived broken. It had obviously been droped from some height/with some force as the item would have been very dificult to break! I obviously now have a very unhappy ebay buyer, and i put in a claim on the 10th feb(8days after collection) There info states a claim has to be made within 14days for damaged goods. Having not heard anything since then, apart from an email saying they had received my claim and were looking into it, i emailed them again today to find out where we were at. Most of the day has been spent(wasted) emailing there incompetant office. Emails have gone back and forth all day, and gt an email back saying they couldnt locate the claim at all, and had no correspondance from me, so could i re-send the original email/claims form.....I then finally received an email back about an hour ago saying the claim had been resolved.....I thought fab, till i read it! It stated the claim had been refused as i had put it in after the 14day deadline. I emailed them back, as clearly i had not missed the deadline(and thankfully i have proof) I am waiting now to hear what they have to say for themselves. I am anticipating another compleate fob off to avoid paying out. I am thinking about anything else that can be done at the moment as i am so furious. I should not have had to chase this up should i? Surely they should be on the ball? Has anyone else had any problems with them before and if so how did they resolve it? I will not be using them again thats for sure!
Thanks for letting me vent:rotfl:

I've been reading up on courier companies, and I thought parcels 2 go don't actually deliver anything, they're just middlemen for actual couriers.
  • I think your right Biscit, they used parcel force i think for mine, however its them that i have to goto to make a claim, not PF, and as they have been a total waste of space this afternoon!!!!!

This is true. I think there is a forum on this topic. Parcels 2 go seem pretty snowed under with custumer service claims.
