Recently bought a pink ipod nano I have wanted for ages and was delighted when it arrived within 3 days of ordering. Unfortunately it would not work.
I thought here we go as I have never ordered from them before.
Anyway telephoned and spoke to a very helpful CS adviser (within seconds without having to press numerous buttons) who was very apologetic and helpful.
They arranged for the broken one to be collected the next day and I had a new replacement 4 days later.
Was really impressed with how helpful they were.
Would have no hesitation ordering from them again.
