I could happily walk into any branch with a red hot poker and remove some vital orgains of their presidents or any one else that has created the 'fraud' procedures...
For starters: my wallet got stolen and then I found out thatthe thief walked merrily into a branch, needing just the bankcard to withdraw £500...nothing else!!!
No-one noticed that it was not my home branch nor that he had tried a wrong pin outside twice nor that I never withdrew even a quarter of a similar amount ever over a counter...
Then I spend hours on the phone the next day and the day after to their 'special investigaiting ' department who were just awful and made me feel like I was defrauding them...they had photos of the bloke in the branch....
then I phone today as I was told'someone will be in touch within 5 days.....
ONLY TO BE TOLD NO ONE SET MY CASE UP >>>>>>>>>>>>AND ALL STARTS FROM SCRATCH TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
