parcelforce charge?

Hi I just joined this site after reading through some of the messages today.
I saw there was a parcelforce charge post already but my question is slightly different.
I've purchased some music magazines from the us to the uk and they were sent via usps. Parcel force delivered them today and all I had to do was sign for them.
The amount I paid for the items including p&p was less than £16 including p&p but will I have to pay parcelforce any money.
As i said they just delivered the goods today but Ive readthat some postal firms send an invoice through later with handling fees etc.

Books are exempt from VAT IIRC, you should be ok as PF collect payment before they will delivery the goods

If you were due any customs fees you would have already been informed

I was hoping that was the case, that they would of collected any fees owed before delivering.
