Optician Need to Vent
Before Xmas I went to my usual optician for an eye test as it was due and I felt my glasses were no longer right. Natwest Under 18 accounts now useless.
Natwest's new trick is to withdraw cashcard facilities from under 18's without informing them. My daughter (14) found that her card wasn't working. When she visited the bank we were told that they were now withdrawing Solo cards from under 18's due to the number of cases of kids in school being bullied into taking money…

I get the usual large amount of bank phishing e-mails which I always delete without opening. However, since accidentally deleting a genuine e-mail I always look through the sender's info to check. Game - trying to return faulty game
Yesterday I purchased a preowned PS2 game from Game. Got it home and soon found out it wasn't working properly. Went back to the same store this morning and asked for a replacment or a refund. They said they will have to replace it for a preowned on like before which is fair enough. We soon figured that there weren't any…

Stay away from CeX!
Martin - I know you featured CeX as often being the highest 'payer' for getting money back for your old mobile phones. But I would give a word of caution to anyone thinking they are the better, or safe, option. I sent them my old phone back in December and heard nothing back. I chased them in January but had no response.…
