Bank phishing e-mail with Paypal ID

I get the usual large amount of bank phishing e-mails which I always delete without opening. However, since accidentally deleting a genuine e-mail I always look through the sender's info to check.

Today I got an e-mail supposedly from a bank and when checking through the sender info there was the following wording:

Message-Id:13653@paypal. co m (I've deleted some numbers in case anyone accidentally clicks on it!!)

The e-mail came from a bank I deal with, but do not use for any Paypal transactions, but it seems to suggest that someone has got my e-mail address from Paypal'

Has anyone else noticed this? I've e-mailed Paypal to see what they say.
