Stay away from CeX!

Martin - I know you featured CeX as often being the highest 'payer' for getting money back for your old mobile phones. But I would give a word of caution to anyone thinking they are the better, or safe, option. I sent them my old phone back in December and heard nothing back. I chased them in January but had no response. Chased again in February and, after a long delay, they emailed to say they had returned me the phone. But two months on it still hasn't arrived, and they "can't follow it up". Chased again today and got the worst possible customer service saying, basically, "we don't care" and "there's nothing you can do!".

So, stay away from CeX, if you value your phone, or your money!:eek:

I have proof they received my games, but they couldn't care less. I am hacked off. £60 down the toilet. They should be investigated by Watchdog and the police!

i wouldnt send off to cex but instore service is great
