I've just returned home on my 6th Ryanair flight this year, I just had to say how good a service they offer, cheap, on time (often ahead of schedule) and excellent coffee! Even when we were diverted because of fog they got everything organised and we were on a coach back to our original airport within an hour Well done Ryanair long may you continue.
However the airport authorities at Bristol need to get a better attitude we queued for 1 hour 15 mins to get thru security, it was a nightmare, people with small children had to sprint across the airport to catch flights on the last call even tho they had arrived 2 hours earlier.
