I've read through most of the posts and can't see if my pint is valid I recieved a fine for underpaying by 1hr 34 mins. But they have spelt. My surname wrong completely on the fine can I ignore the fine on that basis in case they did decide to take me to court. Surely they can't persue me if my name is wrong?
