UKCPS parking ticket

Options
Hi new to all this, i have been reading on this site over the last couple of months about ignoring the letters from ukcps, i received a ticket november last year but i wasnt the driver. I let a friend use my car to take his mother to a retail park to shop for a new washer, as his car was in a garage getting a few jobs done, his mother is disabled and has a blue badge but unfortunetly the badge fell off the dash when closing the door, when returning to the car he noticed the ticket on the windscreen, i went down to the retail park and found the man who issued the ticket and asked what the ticket was for as it not clearly marked on the ticket to his reply that it was parked in a disabled bay. So i came home and looked up ukcps and found forums saying ignore the letters which i have and now ive got this letter for northampton county court claim form, has anybody got any ideas what to do??

Is it signed and stamped ? Also have you been on the money claim website to see if the reference numbers are cosher? Come back to us quickly as possible with this, you need some further advice if true. Please keep all personal infomation off this forum, Peter haswell the tea boy manager of that firm trolls on here trying to garner information, if someone with less than a couple of hundred posts contacts you it's likely to be him. Don't enter any discussion with him.

And Peter you are going to lose this one as well , like you do with 99% of your claims!

If it's a real sealed claim form then post about it on pepipoo here:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60

Someone will help you with your defence which should be fairly easy as you were not driving and you went back and told the operator that. And you can state to any slightly stupid judge that as far as you are aware the car was parked lawfully (within the Equality Act 2010 terms which take precedence over any made up sign by a PPC blathering on about Blue Badges only).

And presumably you can get the disabled mother to write a letter stating that at that time/date, that car reg was used to take her to that car park - and confirming that the purpose of the visit was for her and that YOU were most certainly not the driver?

Anyway, off to pepipoo with some basic info (but not too much, no photos on the thread). Do not reply to pm's from posters here or on pepipoo where the poster has less than 500 posts. A pepipoo regular can help you with wording your defence - you will win.

I would ask on pepipoo as they have more experience and that's the forum for this matter. Or send a pm to AlexisV maybe, as he has experience of dealing with Haswell.

I have just prepared the defence on another claim which Haswell is certain to lose. If you want to use this (he is certain to lose your case too) then please PM me.

We need to get these linked up because the overall plan is to have UKCPS and Haswell declared vexatious litigants, for which they have been ticking all the boxes thus far.

Hasbeen seems to be issuing more claims of late, especially for those where the identity of the driver is not known. He must be getting desperate.

Or is PH just making a point? The Protection of Freedoms Bill is back in the Lords next week (12/03) for its third and final reading - last chance for any amendment. Could someone just be trying to reinforce the BPA's argument for the introduction of Clause 56?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
