Hasbeen seems to be issuing more claims of late, especially for those where the identity of the driver is not known. He must be getting desperate.
Issue 100 court cases, he only has to win 1 to jump up and down and use it for future reference, doesn't matter about losing the other 99.0 -
Or is PH just making a point? The Protection of Freedoms Bill is back in the Lords next week (12/03) for its third and final reading - last chance for any amendment. Could someone just be trying to reinforce the BPA's argument for the introduction of Clause 56?
Even if they can get round the issue of not proving who the driver is, they still have the problem of being tied to actual losses only (frequently zero) and not their imaginative fine or penalty.0 -
Hasbeen has got a real fight on his hands over the next coming months.
I wonder how much time he Really spends on here.
Anyone got a photo of him so when I see him at court I can recognise him outside court and take some good photos?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
He's the one biting his nails

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I can see some more no-shows from Hasbeen as he rushes from various court to court trying to wipe the egg off his face when he loses0

Life of Brian, you just need to fill the paperwork in to acknowledge service and state you will be defending the whole claim. The defence can be kept as simple as saying that you were not driving the vehicle nor were you present at the time it was parked and that if the Claimant (UKCPS) contends otherwise then they are put to proof on the issue. They must prove you were driving or their claim will fail immediately. I hope you live a long way from Yorkshire as the matter will be transferred to your local court and I love the idea of Haswell having to go a lng way just to have his nose rubbed in the dirt when it gets chucked out- keep in touch. Under no circumstances give them a penny, it is yet another scam, this time abusing the process of the Courts.0

It appears to be his, to judge by his actions! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Is it just me whom thinks Hasbeen is trying for one last payday before retiring to a sunnier climate when he is banned from doing court as the money is drying up as people get more aware of the scam?0
