cms parking ticket fine issued

Hi,

I parked in st Helens car park right under the sign that stated all cars must have a valid st helens college badge (which I have) and be correctly parked between bay lines which I also was. 5 minutes later an attendant issued a £90 fine reduced to 55 if paid within 14 days to me and 2 other carswith college badges. He claimed I was parked in the leisure car park even though the big yellow sign was right next to me and had no mention of this only the college. I took a picture to prove it but should I respond at all?

Thanks,

lilacdeb

They are a private parking company, their pathetic rules are not binding , ignore them utterly, they will not take you to court, they will not effect your credit rating, they will not give a ccj and the boys will not come around. The only thing you will get as the registered keeper are bog paper letters from bogus debt collectors and solicitors who have no power at all.

Do not appeal, do not take this seriously, you have a permit that is the end of the matter, if you know the other car owners tell them also.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Do not pay. Do not appeal. Do not reply. Do not worry.

Do tell all your friends these are FAKE tickets and totally uncollectable, though the scammers will tell no end of lies to try and persuade you otherwise.

Do Ignore until they go away, which they will.
  • Thanks everyone, the company is CMS Ltd.

They are useless. Ignore them as advised. Laugh at their pathetic attempts to frighten you as they waste their own cash trying unsuccessfully to scam you.

I could not get a space in a leisure park to pick my daughter up from a party at 8 pm at night. After driving around for ages I didn't want to be late so I parked for no more than 2 mins in a free disabled space. When I got back I had a ticket.
The parking charge states that my breach was 'parked after the expiry of paid for time in a pay and display bay.'
It is not a pay and display car park it is free parking and always has been.
It is UKPC UK parking control LTD a private park.

I feel guilty that it was in a disabled bay but should I pay this charge? They have the incorrect breach on my parking fine.
Sorry I couldn't find how to start my own thread!

    Any advice?

    Thanks

ok, so you parked in a disabled bay,,naughty naughty,,but these clowns have zero powers, ignore everything you recieve as in a few words its a FAKE ticket,,just read the stickies.only a ticket that says PENALTY charge is legit,,yours says PARKING charge=fake./scam/not legit/in other words LOO PAPER ,,so when you have done with it what you normally do simply press ,,flush,,and forget,,remember no matter what threats you get,100% ignore, nothing can/will happen as a result of this.
