mini ovens, are they any good?
been looking at getting a mini oven for convenience. i currently live in a shared property so it would save me having to rely on the main oven, and i can even just plug it in in my room if needs be. does anybody own a mini oven or used one and is it any good? does it cook food well?

Do i need rinse aid and dishwasher salt?
I have waited my entire adult life for a dishwasher (family of 6 where I am the only one who does the housework) I had my preloved slimline washer installed yesterday but do I need rinse aid and salt? Can I improvise with white vinegar or something more eco? Thanks

Help please mildew UPVC
I need to clean the black mildew marks off my UPVC window frames. I bought a spray cleaner which claimed to do this, although it got some of black marks off it left unsightly black dots. Please share with me your magic formula, thank you.

Vac Pack Gammon Steak
I was planning on cooking some gammon steaks this evening. They are vac packed but I've just noticed they're 2 weeks out of date. They smell ok. Should I go ahead and cook them?

Out of Date sliced ham
The sliced ham in my fridge went out of date yesterday and for some reason, I haven't eaten much of it. Would it be okay if I made say four or five sandwiches out of it, froze them and then eat then throughout the week?

I bought some frozen onion rings today but I just noticed on the instructions that they only give instructions for oven or deep frying. Is it possible to put them under the grill instead?

Outdoor window cleaning
Hi, I'm not sure this is the right thread but I'm sure it will be moved if not. I was hoping someone would be able to recommend a brush or whatever on a pole for cleaning windows. Windows are all at a height where I need to use step ladder. Decided now a pole would be much safer. Hope you can help.
