Some lovely ideas on here. pm2326 do you have a recipe for sausage & lentils?
Bit of a loose plan for us this week, nothing assigned to days really.
Breakfast will be overnight oats/toast/maybe other cereal. Made some egg-free mini pancakes that are in the freezer for the baby. Sometimes she'll have rice cakes and we'll usually share a satsuma or two.
Lunches: bought a few tins of tuna cheap in Hme Bgns the other day so will have a pitta or wrap with tuna and salad, hard boiled egg, and a yoghurt.
Then for evenings:
Sausage, mash & veg
Pasta & meatballs
All day breakfast (scrambled eggs, beans, toast, mushrooms)
Takeaway one night as it's my birthday
And then I'll probably go food shopping either Thursday or at the weekend I imagine...0 -
