Anyone want to join in??
Peacocks are selling a blouse for £1.99 see below
https://www.peacocks.co.uk/lds-top-wrap-front-19c885.html
Not particularly my style, so I have thrown down the challenge to a friend of mine that we order one each and deconstruct / reinvent it into something we would wear by redesigning and adding trim etc to it to make it into a one off piece.
Thought some other people might be interested in taking up the challenge, we can post pics back on here when they are completed.

It looks like kind of chiffon-y stuff if you zoom in, you can see right through it.
Hmm, I'm not sure. I would usually do this but I think it's bloody awful to begin with and my sewing skills are so terrible I don't think I could save it0 -

I'm out already if not made of natural fibres. It's not worth having.0 -
I am out too. It is £1.99 plus £3.99 postage . Even click and collect isn't free.
So £5.98 is what this blouse costs.0 -

My experience with clothes that are this cheap is that the manufacturer skimps on seams/allowances etc. And having (ahem) rather large "bingo wings" I steer clear of clothes like this!0
