leftover curry sauce
Hello First ever thread, sorry for anything I do wrong. I have leftover curry sauce (no meat or anything else, just sauce). It went straight into the fridge 4 days ago after I bought it from a takeaway place. Is it safe to reheat and use today? Thanks

Keeping the grill pan clean
I have just changed from a gas grill to an electric one . I used to line the grill pan with foil to keep it clean and it made it easy to chuck away fat . The new grill says not to use foil so I'm wondering if anyone can recommend anything to line it or keep it clean . I have tried the fat trappers from Lakeland but they…

Does Old Alcohol Keep
I was just cleaning out my sideboard in readiness for the Christmas drinks and found two bottles of wine, about a quarter of a bottle in each, a bottle of sherry and a bottle of Pimms. The Pimms and the sherry were also about one quarter full. I threw away the wine but I was wondering if it was necessary to throw away the…

What to do with low fat yogurt
My DD, who works in food distribution, brought me 5 containers of really good quality organic low fat yogurt, expiry date today. Although I am not bothered about expiry date, I don't really like low fat yogurt, finding it a bit liquid and acidic. It is also a bit too thin to drain it and make cream cheese. I normally make…

Would you eat.
Hi I came home from shopping tonight, and when putting shopping away I found a fajita kit at the back of the cupboard (spice mix, tortilla wraps and spice mix). Just the thing for dinner tomorrow night. Now here's the problem. Everything looks fine, but the BBE date on them is April 2015. Similarly, in the fridge I found…
